Long-term partnership approach
What every licensing partner can rely on.
- Each agreement is concluded directly between the Company and the licensee. There are no resellers, agents or sub-licensees in the relationship.
- All commercial relationships are governed by a written master licensing agreement specifying scope, term, royalty structure, audit rights and dispute resolution.
- Licensee data, deployment specifications and commercial terms are confidential and disclosed only under NDA. The Company itself operates transparently: registered, audited and staffed in Cyprus.
- The Company maintains the operational, financial and banking arrangements required to honour multi-year contractual commitments without interruption.
The Company does not pursue retail or mass-market sales. New licensing relationships originate through direct enquiries from qualified institutional and corporate counterparties — typically via this website, established professional networks or introductions from existing partners. Every enquiry is reviewed individually before any commercial discussion is entered into.
