This privacy notice describes how Rocksolid Software Ltd processes personal data submitted through the contact form on this website. It is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and the Cyprus Law Providing for the Protection of Natural Persons with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data (Law 125(I)/2018).

2. Data Collected
The contact form collects the following categories of personal data: full name, email address, optionally the name of the sender's organisation, and the content of the message provided by the sender. No further personal data is collected through this website.
3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data submitted via the contact form is processed solely for the purpose of receiving, reviewing and responding to the enquiry. No other use is made of this data.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the legitimate interest of the Company in responding to business enquiries).
5. Third-Party Processor
Submissions are transmitted using EmailJS, Inc. (United States), which acts as a processor solely for the purpose of delivering the message to the Company. No personal data submitted via the contact form is stored by Rocksolid Software Ltd in any database.
6. Retention
Contact emails are retained for a period of up to twenty-four months from the date of receipt and are deleted thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
7. Data Subject Rights
Data subjects have the right to request access to their personal data, to obtain rectification or erasure, to request restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to receive their personal data in a portable format. Requests may be addressed to info@rss.com.cy. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
8. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies beyond those strictly necessary for its operation. No analytics, tracking pixels or third-party advertising tags are deployed.
